Rukhshan Ali is the founder and lead developer of Newton Byte. With 10+ years leading digital transformation and CRM/ERP projects across the UAE and international markets, he researched a real gap in UltimatePOS — no proper mobile or desktop client, and no clean way to extend it with business-specific modules without touching the core — and built Newton Byte's entire module lineup by hand to close it.

Is Newton Byte only for UltimatePOS?
No. Alongside UltimatePOS-attached modules, we build and license standalone business software - like Newton POS Desktop and Newton Leads Finder - that works independently. Every product page states exactly what it needs, if anything.
Is Newton Byte live yet?
We're in active development. The licensing core - activation and verification - is built and already running on our own newtonpos.net infrastructure. Module-by-module rollout to outside customers is next.
What happens if I can't reach your servers?
Every successful check-in returns a signed, time-bound token your module trusts for a grace period (72 hours by default) - a brief outage on our end never takes your module or tool down.
Will you support CodeCanyon purchase codes?
Yes - by design. Redeeming a purchase code produces the exact same kind of license key as a direct purchase, so the product-side check never needs to know which channel you bought through.
Can one license cover multiple installs?
Each license has a seat limit you choose at purchase. Re-activating the same install is always a no-op - it never consumes an extra seat.
What happens if a license is revoked or expires?
Only that product's own features are gated - the rest of your install keeps running normally. Licensing failures are designed to fail soft, never to take down your whole system.
